'I have never, not even once, Done It All, All By Myself, in this life.
I am too human, woman, incorrigibly mycelial,
just by existing,
even if I am told (by the Americanization of Everything ever) to fight and wrestle that,
to “prove” that a thousand helping hands didn’t exist, both human and divine, wherever I’ve ever gone and whatever I’ve ever done.
I am built upon ancestral gifts, community, interconnection.
I’m supposed to be ashamed. lol.' - OM

These lush pieces came into being in inspiration from this reflection on mycelial community, ancestral blessings, and the beautiful way in which fungi becomes mirror and muse for human life. It is a celebration of fertility and also a prayer, for women, to never have to do everything all by themselves again. Made in mineral rich hues, dark as a monsoon forest, and layered in textures inspired by fungi.
An ode to how the mycelial network and it's role in the magic of death, decay and rebirth keeps life going on Earth. These holders can be kept as display pieces, they have gorgeous colours and textures to offer. They can also be used to house altar offerings, jewellery and more.
